We are searching for an experienced Audit Senior Manager - CASS. Make an Impact at RSM UK. Are you a seasoned audit professional with expertise in the financial services sector looking for your next career move? We are seeking an Audit Senior Manager based out of our London office to lead a portfolio of financial services clients, with a particular focus on CASS reasonable assurance audits. Our CASS audit team is growing, and this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping its future.
As a senior leader, you’ll support the development of our CASS specialism by working closely with our technical team to build capability across our audit teams. You’ll also collaborate with our consulting colleagues in an advisory capacity, contributing your expertise to specialist CASS engagements. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm where your insights and leadership will make a real impact—both within our team and for our clients.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Managing a portfolio of FCA CASS reasonable assurance clients.
- Identifying and resolving key audit matters and contentious items, in consultation with the client, senior members of the team and our national technical team as appropriate.
- Developing the training program and CASS audit methodology.
- Being actively involved in financial services CASS business development including attending and participating in events.

- ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Extensive CASS audit experience, including CASS 7, CASS 8 and CASS 15.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to coach and develop a team and actively build a talent pipeline.
- Previous experience in developing work programmes and training would be advantageous.
