We are searching for an experienced Audit Manager - CASS. Make an impact at RSM UK. Are you a seasoned audit professional with expertise in the financial services sector looking for your next career move? We are seeking an Audit Manager based out of our London office to manage a portfolio of financial services clients, with a particular focus on CASS reasonable assurance audits.
Our CASS audit team is growing, and this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping its future. As a Manager, you’ll support the development of our CASS specialism by working closely with our technical team to build capability across our audit teams. You’ll also collaborate with our consulting colleagues in an advisory capacity, contributing your expertise to specialist CASS engagements. You’ll make an impact by:
- Managing a portfolio of FCA CASS clients, ensuring audits are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
- Supporting the resolution of key audit matters and contentious items by liaising with clients and escalating complex issues to senior team members or the national technical team as needed.
- Contributing to the development and delivery of training sessions on CASS requirements.
- Assisting with financial services CASS business development activities, such as preparing proposals and attending relevant industry events alongside senior colleagues.

- Previous experience in developing work programmes and training would be advantageous.
