Consulting brings together multiple teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, Accounting, Advisory and Outsourcing to provide client-centric solutions for RSM’s current and future clients within the middle market. We are looking for an Accounting and Financial Reporting Manager who will support within our ‘Accounting and Financial Reporting’ team across our London offices. Managing the statutory compliance of a portfolio of clients, and providing accounting support, for large and medium companies. Acting for clients across a range of industries including consumer, technology, financial services and PE backed entities, you will build effective relationships with Partners and Directors to lead as a trusted advisor to a wealth of clients.
You will make an impact by:
- Managing a portfolio of clients, always providing a premium service, whilst taking an active role in the growth of the department through the identification of opportunities and associated business development activities.
- Providing support and advisory services to our clients including supporting our clients through their audit process.
- Having a strong awareness of IFRS, FRS102, FRS101 and Companies Act reporting requirements.
- Managing the working capital of projects, including budgeting, cost management, billing and debt recoverability.
- Managing relevant AFR teams’ performance, ensuring appropriate objectives set and development plans in place for junior members.

- ACA or ACCA fully qualified, with at least three years PQE and two years experience in a manager role managing a portfolio of clients.
- Industry or commercial finance experience would be welcomed.
- Experience of supervision and coaching of junior staff.
- Strong technical skills, with knowledge of IFRS, FRS 102 and Companies Act reporting.
- In depth understanding of UK financial reporting requirements.
- Knowledge of CCH or similar professional accounts preparation packages.
