The team combines RSM’s experts across employment tax, employment legal, payroll, HR, equity reward and global mobility. This alliance of specialists brings clients a unified and seamless service and allows you to be part of a collaborative and cohesive service line striving for excellence, innovation and common goals.
As a Payroll Senior in our Liverpool office, you will support the team and clients to ensure operational efficiency and profitability. You will manage your own client portfolio, handling escalated technical and commercial queries from junior members of the team. Managing your own client portfolio, which may include larger and more complex payrolls, while completing end-to-end payroll processing. Reviewing payrolls processed by team members while assisting with their training and development. Service multiple clients with the focus on support of the team and the Team Leader, to deliver excellent service to our clients. Writing and updating procedure notes where necessary. Supporting and covering for the Team Leader when they are unavailable.
