You’ll make an impact by:
- Ensuring accurate and timely payroll end‑to‑end production for various clients in accordance with statutory regulations within payroll deadlines and requirements.
- Servicing multiple clients as part of a team effort to deliver excellent service to our clients by actively engaging in Client Surveys, KAM and internal audits.
- Contributing to your team's growth by actively seeking new opportunities with your client base including HR services, People Manager and Hot Topic Items.
- Ensuring you have up to date knowledge of statutory and legislative regulations by attending in‑house training courses.
- Generating payroll reports, P45s etc., using our in‑house systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Submitting reports to HMRC via RTI.
- Managing client billing.
- Completing any other ad hoc duties as required.
What we are looking for:
- Practical experience of payroll calculations, deadlines & knowledge of UK legislation requirements.
- Strong numerical abilities & proven experience in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Passion for excellent customer service and maintaining quality relationships.
- Knowledge of month end & year end returns.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with individuals at all levels.
- Good organisation and prioritisation skills, ensuring stringent deadlines are met.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and problem‑solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
