RSM is seeking an Ethics and Independence Director to support the Independence team in delivering on regulatory independence and ethics requirements across Tax and Consulting. You will design systems, manage projects, and lead the team to ensure effective controls and timely responses to queries from partners and staff.
The role involves enhancing KPI reporting, integrating GIA within client systems, and delivering training across the firm while keeping ethics guidance up to date with regulatory.
