Playing a critical role in helping our clients leverage the latest digital technologies and best practices to modernise their finance function and achieve business goals. Leading the team to deliver a high‑quality service for our clients. Facilitating client workshops to gain an understanding of how their finance function operates on a day‑to‑day basis. Identifying relevant and practical improvement initiatives to help clients modernise their finance function and support the delivery of their strategic vision. Leading and managing Finance Transformation projects including Business Development.

What we are looking for:

  • You should be able to demonstrate that you can lead and manage finance transformation projects, have a strong understanding of finance process design, and evidence that you have delivered value to the organisations you’ve worked with previously.
  • Finance qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, AAT etc).
  • Significant PQE experience with an established portfolio of work experience, ideally within a professional services environment and/or a strong mix of in‑house business experience and consulting experience.
  • Experience in leading large‑scale finance transformation projects, including process redesign, technology implementations (e.g. ERP upgrades, automation tools), and/or operating model redesign.
  • Experience in designing and implementing Finance Target Operating Models, including organisational design, service delivery models and/or governance frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of finance process and what ‘good looks like’ across a number of these with real depth in a couple at least (e.g. across financial planning & analysis (FP&A), record‑to‑report (R2R), procure‑to‑pay (P2P), and order‑to‑cash (O2C)).
  • Confident in leading engagements, planning and facilitating workshops to confirm objectives and requirements, identifying processes gaps, and analysing the impact and proposing solutions to address these.
