Make an Impact at RSM UK We are looking for an Associate Director or Director level shared leader to provide strategic leadership and deliver a client‑centric, digitally enabled, high‑performing Finance Shared Services (FSS) function.

This role is available in our London or Preston office with travel between locations required.

As a senior leader you will be accountable for ensuring FSS delivers a premium service to our stakeholders, focused on exceptional service, seamless end‑to‑end processes, and modern, efficient ways of working.

You will ensure that interfaces are simple, dependable, insight‑driven and digitally led, while maintaining strong governance, controls and operational resilience.

As a trusted adviser to senior leaders, you will shape and execute the long‑term FSS strategy, navigate and prioritise competing demands, proactively manage stakeholders, and collaborate across the organisation.

You will drive continuous improvement and build a high‑performing team covering the following areas: Accounts Payable
