RSM is seeking an Ethics and Independence Director to support the Independence team in delivering RSM’s ethics and independence agenda. The role involves advising on systems and processes, developing guidance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards across Tax and Consulting services.
You will lead projects, manage junior staff, and collaborate with IT, risk and other teams to enhance controls, reporting, and training related to ethics within the firm.
