RSM is seeking an experienced Ethics and Independence Director to lead the Independence Team's strategy and develop policies in line with IESBA and FRC standards.

Based in Liverpool, you will advise Tax and Consulting lines on systems and processes, design controls and drive governance across the firm.

You will manage junior staff, deliver training, write materials on ethics topics, and respond to regulator queries, ensuring timely, high‑quality outcomes.
