The role involves leading diverse client needs in share scheme and incentive structuring, tax advice, and implementation support. You will have significant client contact and provide leadership to junior team members. Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting with clients to discuss their business and incentive needs, designing new employee incentive schemes.
- Building strong team capabilities, recognizing individual strengths and client requirements.
- Motivating your team to ensure efficient reward spend.
- Providing advice on the tax treatment of various share plans during implementation and operation, including transactions.
- Implementing share plan structures and preparing necessary legal documentation.
- Advising on share valuation for tax purposes.
- Collaborating with colleagues worldwide to advise on international share incentive structures.
- Briefing junior staff on client businesses, supervising work, and providing on-the-job training and appraisals.
