We are searching for an experienced eDiscovery Assistant Manager.

RSM UK is expanding its Forensic Technology practice and is looking for a new Assistant Manager to join the team. The Assistant Manager is responsible for supervising activities such as whole, small assignments or elements of larger assignments, as distinct from tasks.
You will make an impact by:
- Ensuring the work product is fully self-reviewed before issuing to senior team members.
- Accurately completing engagement and client setup processes within the firm’s systems for senior level review.
- Tracking time costs on projects and prompting on billing. Following up to ensure bills have been settled.
- Supervising and coaching junior colleagues and possibly peers as part of a team.
- Preparing detailed pitch documents following briefs from the Forensic team, including delegating and reviewing work given to junior colleagues.
- Researching and preparing profiles of prospective clients for opportunities/pitches.
What we are looking for:
To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience must include:
- BA/BSc degree and minimum 2-3 years in a technical role in the Forensic Technology/eDiscovery industry.
- Experience with system and workspace administration in Relativity; Relativity certifications desirable.
- Experience with multi-level/multi-party document review workflow setup and management.
- Experience with processing, searching, and export functions in Nuix Workstation.
- Knowledge of forensic data collection tools, methodologies, and evidence handling procedures.
