We are searching for an experienced Accounting and Financial Reporting Assistant Manager.

We are looking for a supervisor to join RSM’s Accounting and Financial Reporting team in Glasgow to provide delivery and supervision of accountancy services to corporate clients, while always promoting the firm.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Preparing annual financial statements for corporate clients, including accounts for audit.
- Ensuring jobs are completed to the highest standard and within deadline.
- Taking the lead on assignments when required, ensuring work is delivered effectively.
- Supervising and coaching junior team members, assisting with their day-to-day training and development.
- Delivering excellent client service at all times.
- Communicating any issues or concerns to managers or partners, offering practical solutions where possible.
What we are looking for:

- ICAS or ACCA qualified or part-qualified or similar experience.
- A strong understanding of UK financial reporting requirements.
- Experience of working to FRS102.
- Strong communicator with proven experience of building strong client relationships at all levels.
