We are searching for an experienced Due Diligence Manager. Make an Impact at RSM UK. Consulting brings together multiple teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing to provide client-centric solutions for RSM’s current and future clients within the middle market. Our Consulting team has a major role in driving the firm’s growth, with over 1,700 people delivering nearly £200m in revenue.

We are looking for an ambitious Manager to join our growing Due Diligence team focusing on Financial Services sector deals. The successful candidate will assist in executing financial due diligence assignments on buy-side and sell-side transactions and support new business development. Our Transaction Services team is award-winning and highly regarded in the marketplace. The team specializes in financial due diligence, advising clients on business acquisitions and investments, typically with deal values ranging from £20m to £500m. This role offers an opportunity to join the dynamic world of Corporate Finance and Transaction Services. You will work alongside professionals to lead the execution of financial due diligence projects and contribute to the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with client acceptance and engagement processes.
- Conducting financial analysis and interpreting outputs.
- Identifying key deal issues and commercial observations.
- Preparing and reviewing reports and team drafts.
- Liaising with clients, target businesses, and professional advisors.
