We are seeking an experienced Due Diligence Associate Director to join RSM UK's Transaction Advisory team.

Make an Impact at RSM UK. Our Consulting division integrates teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing, providing client-centric solutions for middle-market clients. Our team plays a key role in driving firm growth with over 1,700 professionals generating nearly £200m revenue. The core solutions we offer include business transformation, deal services, finance support, risk and governance, forensic and investigation services, and restructuring. These solutions help our clients achieve strategic goals and empower our staff to develop unique career paths.

We are looking for an ambitious Associate Director to support our Due Diligence team. The role involves executing financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions and aiding in new business development. The Transaction Services team is highly regarded, specializing in financial due diligence for acquisitions and investments typically valued between £20m and £500m. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in Corporate Finance and Transaction Services, leading financial due diligence projects and contributing to business growth.

You will:

  • Lead engagement processes, reporting to the partner.
  • Manage fieldwork teams.
  • Conduct financial analysis of target companies for due diligence reports.
  • Coordinate with clients, target companies, and advisors during transactions.
  • Develop industry, channel, and economic expertise.
