  • Driving operational excellence by identifying opportunities to improve processes, scalability, automation, governance, and client experience; being the primary point of contact for new client engagements and escalation point for any team issues.
  • Overseeing the onboarding and implementation of new clients, ensuring effective mobilisation, risk management, resource planning, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Coordinating internal teams to ensure all aspects of new client engagements are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Acting as the senior escalation point for delivery, operational, and client‑related matters, proactively managing risk and resolving issues to maintain service excellence.
  • Being closely involved in the financial management of the department, specifically overseeing cost management processes and coordination of billing procedures and monthly reporting.
  • Owning commercial performance across client accounts, including budgeting, profitability, utilisation, forecasting, and recovery management.
  • Acting as a conduit between our department and other business units within RSM, enhancing collaboration and joint opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining strong senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring consistently high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Developing the team skillset. Leading, mentoring, and developing high‑performing project management teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and career development.
  • Supporting business growth initiatives by contributing to proposals, client pitches, service development, and strategic transformation projects.
  • Driving consistency and governance across project delivery methodologies, reporting frameworks, KPIs, and service quality standards.
  • Championing innovation and continuous improvement, including the adoption of technology‑enabled solutions, automation, and evolving e‑invoicing and digital reporting requirements.
