We are searching for an experienced Digital Adoption Advisor. The Digital Adoption Coordinator will play a pivotal role in accelerating the adoption and effective use of digital workplace tools across RSM UK. This includes Microsoft 365 applications, AI tools such as Copilot, and other digital platforms that support collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing. The role will support the Digital Community Lead with the delivery of adoption campaigns, training resources, and user guidance tailored to varying levels of digital maturity, while also fostering a vibrant community of practice. This role is a six month secondment to National Technology. To start asap.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver adoption programmes for core tools including OneDrive, Loop, Planner, Teams, and Copilot.
  • Develop and maintain user-friendly guidance materials and landing pages to support tool onboarding and ongoing use.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Community Lead and Knowledge Managers to ensure content is aligned with user needs and business goals.
  • Establish and maintain a Microsoft Teams group to support Copilot development, modelled on existing Power BI and Alteryx groups.
  • Keep the M365 Copilot user community site updated and engaging with regular updates, best practices, and curated content.
  • Share blog posts, tips, and tool comparisons to help users select the right tools for their needs.
  • Support the development of training materials and resources for both general users and champions.
  • Help coordinate the Gen AI Champions group, assist with sessions, and maintain momentum across initiatives.
  • Explore ways to engage with champions and stakeholders across departments to identify, influence, and enhance adoption.
  • Assist champions or team leads in running discovery calls to identify use cases and training needs.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 tools and digital collaboration platforms.
  • Experience in delivering training, communications, or change management initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with varying levels of digital proficiency.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in a business context is desirable.
