Now, as we expand our services, we\’re seeking an experienced Data Ingestion Manager to join our team. In this hands-on role, you\’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our data ingestion function, overseeing client data extraction and standardisation, and ensuring consistent service delivery to our teams across RSM. You’ll play a pivotal part in driving our digital transformation forward, helping create a future where our teams are freed from data wrangling to focus on delivering insights and value to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the data ingestion team’s daily operations, workflows, and resource allocation
- Liaising with teams and clients to gather requirements and resolve data issues
- Training team members and developing their technical capabilities
- Troubleshooting complex data problems from various accounting systems
- Identifying and implementing efficiency improvements
