We are looking for a Senior Workday HCM & Security Analyst to join RSM to provide expert technical Workday HCM and security configuration support, delivering stabilisation activities, enhancements, optimisations, and supporting ongoing projects.
Working with Business Partners (Finance, People, Technology and Change) who represent our internal customers, you will be confident and comfortable presenting, challenging and mediating differing views, proposing solutions and working with internal and external teams to ensure deliverables meet business objectives and strategies.
You'll make an impact by:
- Configuring and maintaining Workday including HCM Core, Recruitment, Compensation and Performance
- Configuring and maintaining Workday security
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to develop scalable solutions for job catalog management and secure data access across the HCM landscape
- Supporting Workday HCM data conversion and validations
- Following a development governance framework that incorporates clear requirements, working in an agile, sprint-based environment that involves continual collaboration involving demonstrations, feedback and iteration to ensure deliverables meet expectations
- Participating in security audits including access controls, testing, and safe & successful implementation
- Completing certification training to ensure knowledge is relevant and up to date
- Troubleshooting and resolving support queries
What we are looking for:

- Qualified HCM configuration expert with at least 3 years of Workday experience
- Proven expertise in job profiles, catalogues, EIBs, and business process frameworks
