Job Description:
We are searching for an experienced Consulting Quality Assurance Manager for a 12-month maternity cover. Make an impact at RSM UK.
The Quality Assurance Department (QAD) is responsible for testing to ensure controls are effective, compliance with regulations, standards, and internal procedures.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the Associate Director and team to deliver assurance activities supporting the Consulting business and the firm. The role involves communication across various departments and occasional travel within the UK.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting reviews focused on Risk & Governance, Forensic, and Business Transformation solutions
- Supporting other QA reviews and activities within Consulting
- Providing feedback to promote quality, compliance, and risk management
- Working with the team to improve departmental effectiveness
Qualifications and skills required:
- ACA / ACCA / CIA qualification or equivalent experience
- Internal Audit or technical experience in Risk & Governance, Forensic, or Business Transformation
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical skills and adaptable review approaches
- Attention to detail and a sceptical mindset
