As part of RSM's growth into a Digital First business, a Risk & Compliance Systems Manager will play a key role in supporting the systems and processes that form an essential regulated element of the firm’s operations.
Responsibilities
- Working alongside the Head of Risk and as part of a wider risk, compliance, and assurance team, you will support the team to maintain and manage systems that the teams rely on to provide critical services to the business.
- Your duties will include:
- Making configuration changes
- Monitoring system performance and efficiency
- Driving change when enhancing existing systems and launching new ones
- Managing data migration and accuracy
You will make an impact by:
- Providing day‑to‑day support to:
- System owners – configuration changes, monitoring performance, reporting, and surfacing data to identify issues or process bottlenecks.
- Business users – responding to queries and acting as the key point of contact to resolve system issues with the technology development teams.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience managing systems, stakeholders, and juggling competing workstreams.
- Have built strong and trusted relationships, whilst holding people to account to deliver to deadlines.
- Have excellent communication skills, being clear, concise and precise.
- Have a keen eye for detail yet can see the big picture (wood for the trees).
For those with less experience, we will also consider hiring at Assistant Manager level.
