- Birmingham
- Glasgow

- Manchester
You will be required to travel to other national RSM offices and attend external events (including occasional evening events) as part of this role throughout the year.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Overseeing and managing the end‑to‑end candidate application process via our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Managing and supporting applicants through the recruitment process, designing and facilitating the work experience programmes and guiding those within your team to do the same
- Partnering effectively with service line stakeholders to deliver work experience, placement and internship programmes that meet their future hiring needs
- Proactively leading a small team to ensure an efficient, high‑quality service is delivered to both applicants and stakeholders
- Confidently delivering work experience programmes and induction sessions to programme attendees; ensuring the wider early careers talent acquisition team is trained and equipped to support the delivery of sessions
- Planning and delivering the end‑of‑programme conversion process across work experience, placement and internships to ensure strong conversion to permanent hires; working closely with our People Operations and Preboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition post‑offer
- Creating consistent recruitment processes across work experience, placement and internship programmes and ultimately being responsible for creating an excellent candidate experience and future pipeline for our student intakes

- Strong data management and reporting skills
- Enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, undertaking multiple tasks and balancing several key priorities with varying deadlines
- Adroit communicator with the ability to engage and develop strong working relationships with a diverse audience – both internally and externally
What we can offer you:
- Hybrid and flexible working
- 26 days holiday (with the option of purchasing additional days)
