Job Description:
We are searching for an experienced Accounting, Insight & Advisory Assistant Manager to join RSM UK in Belfast. This role involves supporting the Managers within our Accounting and Insight Advisory team, ensuring high standards of client service, and contributing to business growth through opportunities and business development.

Our Consulting team delivers client-centric solutions across various services, including business transformation, deal services, finance support, risk and governance, forensic services, and restructuring. We aim to support clients\β strategic goals and empower our staff to develop their careers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring high-quality completion of jobs within budgets, discussing material points with senior staff and clients.
- Planning assignments according to firm procedures, confirming arrangements, costs, and billing.
- Supervising assignments hands-on when required.
- Coaching and developing staff to provide excellent service.
What we are looking for:
We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Our ideal candidate will have:
- Newly ACA or ACCA qualified.
- Good understanding of UK financial reporting requirements.
- Knowledge of Sage and Xero is beneficial.
- Commercial awareness and ability to add value.
- Strong accounts production skills.
- Experience with CCH Accounts Production is desirable but not essential.
