We are searching for an experienced Accounting and Financial Reporting Supervisor to make an impact at RSM UK.

The Supervisor role within RSM’s Outsourcing team in the Accounting and Financial Reporting department involves providing finance and management accounting services. The position is available in Newcastle and Reading, working with multinational clients, including those in technology and pharmaceuticals sectors.

You’ll make an impact by:

1. Taking responsibility for a client portfolio
2. Preparing management accounts and VAT returns accurately and timely
3. Supervising assistants in bank reconciliation and ledger activities, ensuring correct posting and timely payments
4. Resolving client issues related to finance functions and accounting records
5. Managing client relationships, monitoring quality, and ensuring excellent service delivery

What we are looking for:

We value diverse experiences. Our ideal candidate will have:

1. Part or fully qualified ACCA/ACA or a minimum of 5 years QBE
2. Proficiency in IT, including MS Excel, Outlook, Teams, and accounting software
3. Ability to identify business opportunities and learn about RSM’s markets and clients
4. A collaborative approach and willingness to mentor junior team members
5. Proactive process review and improvement skills
