We are a fast-growing firm with big ambitions -- we have a clear goal to become the premium adviser to the middle market, globally. This vision touches everything we do, motivating and inspiring us to become better every day. If you are looking for a firm where you can build a future and make an impact, then RSM is the place for you.

This will provide you with the opportunity to be involved in a variety of different projects. You will be supported in your role by a leading training and development programme as well as on the job training and support.

Within RSM's Consulting Service line you will also collaborate with colleagues across our broader solution set (which includes Business Transformation, Finance Function Support, Forensics and Investigations, Deal Advisory, Restructuring alongside Risk and Governance) to create innovative and practical opportunities to support our clients. • Treasury management system (TMS) selection/implementation support and process improvement
  • Bank relationship management and RFPs
  • Treasury transformation and target operating model design
  • Treasury due diligence for transactions and refinancing

The role may include travel across the region and on a national level. As you will be a part of the Management team, the role will also include coverage of meetings outside of core hours.

You will make an impact by:

  • Managing a Corporate Treasury Advisory team in conjunction with Partners/Directors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of high quality advisory services at clients' sites when required and in accordance with the firm's Standards.
  • Initiating and leading business development activities to generate growth for the Risk and Governance solution, the Corporate Treasury Advisory service and the wider industry groups.
  • Leading and managing agreed client portfolio for the service line and regional area.
  • Approving, and if necessary preparing strategy documentation for each client, supported by a fully costed service delivery proposal, for subsequent approval by the Director/Partner.
  • Controlling and managing the delivery of client programmes, to ensure that the work is completed to time and budget, providing solutions on any issues as appropriate to the Director/Partner.
  • Ensuring the effective planning and utilisation of team members in line with the approved budget - including mapping complex scheduling to optimise profitability.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness and quality of work through undertaking effective senior manager review of the work.
  • Engaging with the client billing in accordance with the firm's billing timescales, providing solutions to all potential adverse issues that may impact on the achievement of the agreed client billing and recovery targets.
  • Dealing with day-to-day team matters, including feedback on performance on the job, assisting in appraisals, the recruitment process, team welfare and H&S.
  • Building relationships with new clients and identifying/acting upon all potential additional work opportunities at new clients or new work at potential clients.

Business development: You will assist with:
