Make an Impact within our Transfer Pricing team at RSM UK
Our National Transfer Pricing Team works closely with our broad range of clients and helps manage their transfer pricing compliance whilst also acting as expert advisors and driving their transfer pricing agenda. The Transfer Pricing Team covers multiple areas such as transfer pricing model design, implementation support and operational transfer pricing, preparation of transfer pricing documentation as well as controversy support and thin capitalisation reviews.
As an Associate Director in our Transfer Pricing team in either London, Reading, Birmingham or across the North West you will be an integral part of a high-performing tax compliance and advisory team and be in an environment where you will have the opportunity to accelerate your knowledge, skills and development in a creative, entrepreneurial and supportive team, working with lots of fantastic clients along the way. You will be responsible for incorporating business development activities where you will work with senior team members to develop opportunities and input into proposals. You’ll discover a culture celebrating individuality, fresh thinking, flexibility and collaboration, whilst not only embracing change but impacting it.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Being part of a high performing tax team that supports and advises a range of interesting, fast growing and international clients.
- Being a key part of the client service team and taking ownership of Transfer Pricing projects.
- Providing value adding transfer pricing advice covering a range of transactions and industries.
- Supporting with the development of junior team members
- Working in collaboration with partners and directors across all service lines to go out to market and support with business development activities.

- ACA qualified (or equivalent).
- UK Transfer Pricing experience.
- Comprehensive transfer pricing technical knowledge (OECD Guidelines).
- Experience of a client or customer facing role.
- Proven experience in advising on technical matters.
- Proven experience in client handling and managing a busy portfolio.
- Experience and interest in business development and converting relationships into fee paying work
