As a Manager/Principal Consultant (dependent on experience), specializing in IT Audit within Technology Risk Assurance, you will manage the Technology Risk Assurance client portfolio alongside Partners/Directors, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of assignments at client sites, including IT assurance and advisory projects. You’ll make an impact by: Leading teams to help clients manage IT controls and risks, primarily within the Not-for-Profit sector. Managing a regional client portfolio and executing complex TRA assignments. Leading and coaching high-performing teams, managing resources, and developing team members. Overseeing assignment delivery to meet time and budget targets, resolving issues as needed. Building client relationships and identifying opportunities for additional work or new clients. Relevant experience in portfolio management within a professional services IT audit role. Significant experience in IT Audit at a higher level. Proven ability to manage teams and mentor junior members. Proficiency with IT tools like Excel, audit and accounts software, Outlook. Strong technical knowledge of internal audit processes and sector issues. Experience in the Not-for-Profit sector, especially NHS, Education, Charities, or Central Government, is advantageous but not essential.
