We are a fast-growing firm with big ambitions -- we have a clear goal to become the premium adviser to the middle market, globally. This vision touches everything we do, motivating and inspiring us to become better every day.

Our Consulting team have ambitious growth plans, and we want you to be part of our journey. You would be joining the consulting team at an exciting time as we strengthen and grow our six solutions: business transformation, deal services, finance function support, risk and governance, forensic and investigation services, and restructuring. Our team of experts work collaboratively to provide tailored and client-centric solutions, delivering a premium service through every interaction, giving our clients confidence as they build sustainable, future-fit businesses.

As a Manager you will be a problem solver, creative thinker, and self-starter, who is organised, proactive and inquisitive. You will already have been involved in either Technology M&A or Transformation projects and can demonstrate the value delivered to organisations with which you’ve worked. You should be comfortable coaching more junior members of the team and juggling multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.

You will contribute to client proposals and presentations and our clients will see you as a trusted advisor to work closely with them in identifying, analysing, and solving their business challenges.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Supporting a client as part of a vendor assistance engagement, helping with the early identification of risks and gaps in the technology function as well as ensuring the maximum value from the technology function can be realised.
  • Conducting pre deal technology due diligence, on the buy sell or sell side (VDD), identifying areas of potential risk as well as value creation opportunities across the technology landscape, including, for example, the applications, infrastructure, cyber security and people.
  • Supporting in or post deal separation or integrations, including, for example, Day 1 readiness, 100 day plans and TSA drafting and exit strategies.
  • Outside of a deal, working alongside CIOs / CTOs to help them achieve their technology objectives, manage risk, and realise value in and through technology, through, for example, technology strategy review and definition, technology maturity assessments, operating model optimisation or cost reduction initiatives.

What we are looking for:

Are you someone who thrives on variety, loves learning new things, and enjoys connecting with people? If you can spot inefficiencies in everyday life and are passionate about making improvements, this role is perfect for you!

We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:

  • Demonstrable experience in 2 or more of the below;
  • Experience working in a consulting / advisory / professional services role.
  • Experience working on transactions e.g. technology due diligence and / or integration or separation support.
  • Experience in a technology related role.

What we can offer you:

We recognise that our people are our most important assets. That’s why we offer a flexible reward and benefits package that will help you have fulfilling experience, both in and out of work.

  • Hybrid and flexible working.
  • 27 days Annual Leave (with the option of purchasing additional days).
  • Lifestyle, health, and wellbeing including financial wellbeing benefits such as financial tools, electric car scheme and access to a virtual GP.
  • Access to a suite of 300+ courses on demand developed by our inhouse talent development team.
