We are looking for a Growth Administrator to join our Southampton office as part of the Pay and People Growth team, which includes sales and client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing effective relationship management to the Pay and People Growth team and prospective clients.
- Supporting the Growth team’s prospecting activities and tasks for new and existing clients.
- Monitoring and contacting incoming enquiries via the website and assigning them to the relevant team member.
- Assisting with lead generation activities including prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and telephone calls following up on ‘warm’ marketing activity.
- Compiling and managing quotations (including global payroll quotes) and proposals/tender documents in line with RSM’s brand.
Desired Experience and Skills
- Experience providing excellent client care in a proactive, fast‑paced, office‑based environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi‑task and work to strict deadlines.
- GCSE Maths and English Language – Grade C / 4 or above (or equivalent).
