Are you ready to be at the heart of audit operations? Our National Audit Resource Team ensures the right people are in the right place at the right time. As a Regional Audit Administrator, you\'\'ll play a key role in ensuring our audit bookings run like clockwork, while working closely with our Audit Managers and a talented resource team. This role can be based out of any of our UK offices.

We’re also passionate about supporting our trainees during their exam journeys, making sure they have everything they need to succeed, no matter where you’re based.

In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our audit department. You’ll work together with the Regional Audit Co-ordinators, managing staffing, handling the logistics for internal training, and supporting exam training processes. You’ll also provide administrative cover when needed, and with the flexibility to work from any UK office, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, nationwide team.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Manage the regional mailbox daily, handle trainee queries, and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate study dates, training provider details, and keep exam trackers updated.
  • Support onboarding for new intakes, assist with exam results day, and cover for the Regional Audit Coordinator when needed.
  • Oversee Retain tasks including staffing updates, job bookings, annual leave entries, and quarterly roll-forward exercises.
  • Coordinate internal training plans, book mandatory and non-mandatory courses, manage stocktake staffing, and run monthly reports.
