Join our paid three‑day in‑person work experience programme on 27 October 2026 and immerse yourself in RSM’s Tax team. The programme offers insight into the UK and international tax landscape, exposure to VAT/Indirect Tax, Employer Solutions, Private Client Services, Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing and more.

During the three days you will:

  • Attend insight sessions across Tax.
  • Participate in group sessions to develop communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attend networking, personal branding, wellbeing and employability sessions.

Eligibility requirements:

  • Currently in Year 12 or 13.
  • Predicted minimum of 112 UCAS points from three A levels or an equivalent Level 3 qualification.
  • Show enthusiasm for learning new skills and expanding knowledge.

The programme begins on 27 October 2026. Successful candidates must be available for the full duration at the confirmed office.

Recruitment process: complete an online application, a numerical reasoning assessment, a job simulation, and a video‑written interview within seven days. Successful applicants receive an offer and may be placed in an alternative role if the first preference is unavailable.
