RSM UK is seeking a proactive early careers professional to join the Early Careers Talent Acquisition team on a 12-month FTC. You will manage our preboarding from offer through to the first day, designing candidate-first experiences and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
You will lead national preboarding, events, communications and training, partnering with service lines and marketing to ensure a smooth candidate journey and strong onboarding outcomes.
