RSM UK is seeking a People Advisor to join our London office on a 12-month FTC maternity cover. You will provide commercial and premium people service to stakeholder groups across the UK, managing the employee experience from joining to leave and everything in between.
You’ll support the annual bonus and salary review processes, handle employee relations matters, and contribute to wellbeing, diversity and inclusion initiatives, with opportunities to work with the national People Team.
