We are currently seeking a Payroll Executive to join our team in Chester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team in a hybrid working capacity. The variety of projects will challenge you every day, helping you expand your capabilities and grow professionally. Responsibilities
- Ensuring accurate and timely payroll end‑to‑end production for various clients in accordance with statutory regulations within payroll deadlines and requirements.
- Servicing multiple clients as part of a team effort to deliver excellent service to our clients by actively engaging in Client Surveys, KAM and internal audits.
- Contributing to your team’s growth by actively seeking new opportunities with your client base including HR services, People Manager and Hot Topic Items.
- Ensuring you have up to date knowledge of statutory and legislative regulations by attending in‑house training courses.
- Generating payroll reports, P45s etc., using our in‑house systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Submitting reports to HMRC via RTI.
- Managing client billing.
- Completing any other ad hoc duties as required.

- Practical experience of payroll calculations, deadlines.
