RSM UK is seeking an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a 12-month secondment to support high-volume recruitment across graduate, school leaver, placement programmes and internships. You will guide candidates from VAC through to their first day, acting as a reliable point of contact throughout the journey.
You will work with the Early Careers and People teams to ensure a consistent, supportive candidate experience, attend VACs and external events, and help with interview scheduling
