RSM UK is seeking a Workday Cutover Lead to join on a 9-month FTC in Manchester. You will plan, lead and control the transition from existing systems to new enterprise applications, ensuring a smooth go-live with minimal disruption.
You will establish cutover strategy, runbooks, readiness criteria and governance, coordinating across testing, data migration, integration, security and service transition. After cutover, you’ll oversee decommissioning of legacy systems with appropriate controls.
