Make an Impact at RSM UK. Join our paid three‑day in‑person work experience programme on 27 October 2026 where you’ll be immersed in our Tax team. A career in tax is more than just becoming a tax adviser – you’ll be part of Team Tax, diving into the intricate world of tax laws, both in the UK and internationally, and applying them to real‑life solutions for clients. Our business areas within Team Tax include VAT/Indirect Tax, Employer Solutions, Private Client Services, Corporate Tax, Innovation and Creative Sector Reliefs, Transfer Pricing, Capital Allowances and Tax Investigations.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend insight sessions across Tax.
  • Participate in group sessions developing communication and teamwork skills.
  • Participate in networking, personal branding, wellbeing, and employability sessions.
  • Hear from current students and learn about their career journeys.

This programme offers insight into professional services and the chance to accelerate your recruitment process for a degree‑apprenticeship in Tax.

Qualifications:

  • Being in Year 12 or Year 13.
  • Predicted minimum of 112 UCAS points from three A levels or an equivalent Level 3 qualification.
  • Show enthusiasm for learning new skills and expanding knowledge.
