The National Audit Resource Team ensures that audits are staffed by the right people at the right time. As a Regional Audit Coordinator, you'll work closely with Audit Managers and the regional Audit Managing Partner to ensure effective resource planning and decision-making. This role is based in the Northwest, allowing you to support the audit teams across these regions. We’re also dedicated to supporting our trainees throughout their exam training contracts, serving as their go-to for guidance on exam preparation.
In this vital role, you’ll oversee staff planning for the regional audit team by managing the staffing board (Retain), holding regular meetings with Audit Managers to tackle staffing challenges, and acting as the Exam Training Manager for the region’s trainees. You’ll also collaborate with HR and Training teams to ensure consistency across departments.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Being a Resource Planner: Oversee staff planning for the Regional Audit Team using Retain.
- Being a Collaboration Expert: Meet with Audit Managers regularly to address staffing needs and challenges.
- Acting as the Training Coordinator: Act as the Exam Training Manager, ensuring the region’s trainees have full support during their training.
- Being the Team Connector: Work with HR and Training teams to maintain consistent processes across the department.
