We are recruiting for a Client Development Manager on a permanent basis for our not-for-profit industry group. We are open to this role being based in our Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, London or Southampton offices.
The driving force behind our Growth Acceleration Framework, industry developers ensure what we learn from clients through account-based marketing and client listening, changes how we act. You’ll make an impact by:
- Building and maintaining a strong understanding of the industry landscape, tracking market trends, regulatory change, competitive dynamics and emerging risks and opportunities.
- Leading structured segmentation and planning of priority clients and targets, ensuring each account is actively progressed with clear rationale, milestones and outcomes.
- Driving the flow of economic, industry, channel and service line activity into priority accounts, ensuring activity lands with impact, is tracked, and results in tangible change.
- Working closely with the bid team giving us the best possible chance of winning work within the industry.
- Leading on Growth Acceleration Framework client listening, ensuring meaningful conversations, strong feedback loops and accountability for action.
- Spotting opportunities within client experience, account conversations, events and market trends, turning these into meaningful follow-up and growth.
- Confidently engaging directly with clients and targets through meetings, events, conversations and on-the-ground activity to deepen relationships, uncover needs and move accounts forward.
- Acting as a conduit between clients, industries and service lines - ensuring emerging client needs, cross-sell opportunities and recurring themes from GAF accounts are regularly surfaced, discussed and embedded into service line planning, priorities and go-to-market activity.
