Consulting combines teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing to provide client-centric solutions for RSM’s clients within the middle market and beyond. Our Consulting team has over 1,700 professionals and nearly £200m revenue.

Our core solutions include business transformation, deal services, finance support, risk and governance, forensic services, and restructuring. These solutions help clients achieve strategic goals and allow our people to develop their careers.

We seek an ambitious Manager to join our Due Diligence team. The role involves executing financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions and supporting business development.

The Transaction Services team is highly regarded and specializes in financial due diligence for transactions typically valued between £5m and £250m.

You will work with clients across various industries, including private equity, entrepreneurs, large corporates, and banks, in the UK and overseas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing client acceptance and engagement processes.
• Performing and reviewing financial analysis and outputs.
• Identifying key deal issues and observations.
• Writing reports and reviewing team drafts.
• Liaising with clients, target businesses, and advisors.
• Coordinating with other service lines.
• Managing project delivery with directors and partners.
• Developing and training team members.
• Supporting business development efforts.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Transaction Services or due diligence.
• High accuracy, diligence, and integrity.
• Strong understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Interest in coaching and team development.
