We are searching for an experienced Hospitality Team Leader to join our London office on a 9-month fixed‑term contract. The role supports two key areas of client and guest hospitality – Front of House and catering.

At the reception desk, the front of house duties require the employee to act as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring client service standards are maintained and to competently manage the meeting room booking system. The catering duties, based out of the client kitchen, require the employee to aid the Hospitality Manager and Hospitality Team Leader with all aspects of meeting‑room management and catering.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain front‑of‑house areas, including meeting rooms, and manage the meeting‑room booking system.
  • Meet and greet guests in a confident and professional manner and build rapport with clients.
  • Liaise with relevant persons to agree catering requirements for upcoming meetings and events.
  • Prepare refreshments for meetings following a room‑booking schedule and clear and disinfect rooms after use.
  • Perform all daily duties as per the food management system and in line with health and safety food handling requirements.
  • Support large‑scale events under the guidance of the Hospitality Manager.
Qualifications
  • Flexibility around working hours to meet business needs, including occasional evening events.
  • Availability to work evenings (sufficient notice provided) up to three nights per week.
  • Prior experience within front‑of‑house and hospitality/catering.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced, customer‑service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated and capable of working on own initiative within a team environment.
  • Reliable, flexible attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong team player willing to support colleagues within the department.
