We are looking for a Hospitality Assistant to join our Facilities team in our London office. This rotational job role supports the two separate elements of client/guest hospitality – Front of House and catering. The Front of House duties, based on the reception desk, require the employee to act as the first point of contact for guests to the office, ensuring that the highest standards of client service are always maintained, and to competently manage the meeting room booking system. The catering duties, based out of the client kitchen, require the employee to aid the Hospitality Manager and Hospitality Team Leader with all aspects of meeting room management and catering.

This is a full-time role, working 8:30am - 6pm, Monday to Thursday, and 9am - 4pm on Friday. You must have availability to work evenings (sufficient notice is provided) at least once per week, sometimes more in peak periods.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Maintaining front of house areas including the meeting room booking system and meeting rooms
  • Meeting and greet guests in a confident and professional manner and building rapport
  • Preparing refreshments for meetings following a room-booking schedule
  • Liaising with relevant persons to agree catering requirements for upcoming meetings and events

  • To have a professional ethos and approach to both external and internal clients
  • Reliable and flexible attitude – ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Valid Food Hygiene Certificate would be advantageous
