We are looking for a Manager to join our growing Due Diligence team focused on the Financial Services sector. The role assists in executing financial due diligence on buy‑side and sell‑side transactions and supports business development.
Key responsibilities:- Assist with client acceptance and engagement take‑on processes.
- Undertake and review financial analysis and interpret outputs.
- Identify key deal issues and commercial observations.
- Prepare and review report drafts.
- Liaise with clients, target businesses and other professional advisors.
- Support new business generation.
- Previous experience in a Transaction Services / due diligence environment.
- Experience with Financial Services sector deals.
- Exposure to a variety of transaction types and sizes.
- High level of accuracy, diligence and integrity.
- Strong technical skills and good understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS.
- Professional accountancy qualification preferred.
