  • Providing tailored feedback to candidates regarding their VAC performance, outlining next steps (if appropriate).
  • Liaising with the wider early careers team and members of the business, to support final interview scheduling for those who have passed VAC stage.
  • Delivering verbal offers, issuing offer documentation as required and providing ongoing candidate support, remaining their primary point of contact until their first day.
  • Proactively engaging candidates to minimise reneges and ensure continued commitment through to their start date.
  • Working closely with the People Operations and Early Careers Preboarding teams to ensure each candidate has a consistent, well-supported and smooth post-offer experience.
  • Regularly reporting on numbers of VAC and final interview invitations and confirmed candidates, as well as dropouts, articulating them clearly to your line manager, and other members of the leadership team and business upon request.
  • Flagging any areas of concern or candidates outside of SLA.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, undertaking multiple tasks and balancing several key priorities with varying deadlines. You will work proactively, reactively and flexibly in order to manage and support applicants through the VAC, final interview and offer stages of the recruitment process, using your initiative and fulfilling an exceptional candidate journey.
