About the Role

The Consulting Technical Team delivers outstanding technical support across all six of our solution areas. In this role you will focus on the development and delivery of training for the Risk and Governance solution, ensuring our people have the knowledge and confidence to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver blended learning programmes for early‐career and experienced professionals, both online and in‐person.
  • Review and refresh existing training content to maintain relevance, accuracy, and compliance with current standards.
  • Convert business needs into practical, engaging learning experiences.
  • Identify skills gaps and implement targeted training to support capability growth.
  • Collaborate with technical experts and senior leaders to co‐create innovative learning solutions and expand your professional network.

Qualifications

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, engaging learning content.
  • Project management skills to ensure delivery of work within agreed timeframes.
  • Self‐motivated with strong initiative.
  • Proactive in innovating and leveraging digital technology tools.
  • Qualified as CIA, ACA, or CA with a solid knowledge of Risk and Governance systems and processes.
