RSM UK is seeking an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a 12-month secondment to join the Early Careers team. You will play a key role in enabling high-volume recruitment while maintaining an exceptional experience for all applicants, guiding them through the process from offer to day one.
You’ll work with the Early Careers and People teams to ensure a consistent journey, travel to other national RSM offices, and attend external events as needed, including occasional evenings.
