What is the Early Digital Careers Graduate Programme? It's your opportunity to not only build digital expertise, but to apply it with purpose on real projects, with real clients and with real responsibility from day one. Where could you start? You'll join our Technology Assurance team, helping businesses unlock new value using digital tools, platforms and strategies. This team offers a unique route into high‐impact, tech‐enabled work.
Technology Assurance
Work across a global client base in sectors like pharma, automotive and tech. Gain certifications in areas like AI and IT audit while supporting clients with their most complex technology challenges.
Beyond digital — the consulting mindset
Digital consulting is about more than tools. It's about people. You'll work closely with teams and clients to understand problems, explore possibilities and recommend solutions. Along the way, you'll develop:
- Project management and change leadership experience
- Communication, storytelling and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercial awareness and cross‐sector understanding

And, crucially, you'll learn how to use digital solutions to drive value in context.
What we're looking for
We're looking for people who see what digital can do and want to be part of shaping how it's done. You might be:

You’ll need:
- A predicted or achieved honours degree
- A minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A Levels (or equivalent Level 3 qualification)
- Or 104 UCAS points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level)
