As a Manager within the team, you will support team leadership to successfully deliver business partnering project/engagements, with a focus on coaching and mentoring junior members of the team through their personal progression. You will support the development of the Business Partnering service offering and team, collaborating and co-ordinating with other service lines to exemplify and deliver RSM’s Total Consulting vision, always adding value and maintaining the highest standards of communication and service.
