Our Consulting team brings together multiple units across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing to provide client-centric solutions for current and future clients within the middle market. What You Will Do

• Support ESG Senior Consultants and Managers in developing the ESG Assurance service line.
• Participate in client engagements to provide Limited Assurance over ESG-related metrics.
• Perform testing in line with RSM\’s methodologies during ESG Assurance engagements.
• Work as part of a diverse team, building trust and effective relationships with clients and colleagues.

• A demonstrable interest in ESG & Sustainability
• 112 UCAS points across 3 A Levels or an equivalent qualification, or 104 UCAS points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level)
• A predicted or obtained honours degree
• Strong numerical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships both externally and internally
• Time management skills
• Experience in a professional environment
