We are recruiting an Employer Solutions Associate Director based out of one of our national offices. The role involves leading client needs in share scheme and incentive structuring, tax advice, and implementation support. You will have significant client contact and lead junior colleagues.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Meeting with clients to discuss their business and incentive needs, designing employee incentive schemes.
  • Building team capability, recognizing individual strengths and client requirements.
  • Motivating your team and ensuring efficient reward spend.
  • Providing advice on tax treatment of share plans during implementation and transactions.
  • Implementing share plan structures and legal documentation.
  • Advising on share valuation for tax purposes.
  • Collaborating with global colleagues on international share incentive structures.
  • Supervising junior staff and providing training and appraisals.
